I am a Senior Recruiter who believes in investing where you get “results”. In my former Recruiting jobs (Unisys and L-3 STRATIS) we utilized Tech Expo for our cleared personnel; it equaled, results. I then joined a small business as a Recruiting Lead, where most of our non-cleared personnel – were often found on the job boards, referrals or as a last resort, an agency. For the last five and a half years, I have been employed with another small business, where the requirements have unique skills with “active” clearances. Most recently, we signed up for two job fairs – one in Maryland, one in Virginia. Again, Tech Expo did not disappoint. We were able to hire five people!
